The application concerns a complaint under Article 3 of the Convention in connection with the applicant ’ s placement in a metal cage during his trial on charges of hooliganism resulting in the victim ’ s bodily injury.

Has the applicant been subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention? In particular, was the applicant ’ s placement in a metal cage during hearings before the Lenkoran District Court compatible with the requirements of Article 3 of the Convention?
