SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the national authorities ’ refusal to award the applicant a higher education diploma following four years of study at a private university.

QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES

1. Has there been an interference with the applicant ’ s right to respect for his private life, within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention? If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2?

2. Has the applicant been denied the right to education, guaranteed by Article 2 of Protocol No. 1?

3. Did the applicant have at his disposal an effective domestic remedy for his Convention complaints, as required by Article 13 of the Convention?

4. Has the applicant suffered discrimination contrary to Article 14 of the Convention in conjunction with Article 2 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention?
