SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the alleged failure by the Supreme Court, in proceedings related to the applicant ’ s dismissal from the State service, to duly inform the applicant and/or his lawyer of the date and time of the hearing before it which, as a result, was held in their absence.

Did the applicant have a fair hearing in the determination of his civil rights and obligations, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
