Application no. 73736/12 I.N. against the Republic of Moldova lodged on 13 November 2012
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns discrimination in exercising family life based on the applicant ’ s illness (HIV-positive). QUESTION tO THE PARTIES
Has there been a breach of Articles 8 and 14 of the Convention in the present case? In particular, in view of the judgments and award made by the domestic courts, can the applicant still claim to be a victim of a breach of these provision ( Kiyutin v. Russia , no. 2700/10, §§ 39-74, ECHR 2011)?
