SECOND SECTION

Application no. 63295/17 O.S . against Norway lodged on 18 August 2017

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns domestic proceedings in which the applicant ’ s two daughters were placed in public care and the applicant was granted contact rights of four hours, four times per year.

The applicant complains under Article 8 of the Convention that the above entailed an unnecessary interference with her right to respect for family life.

QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES

Has there been an interference with the applicant ’ s right to respect for her family life under Article 8 § 1 of the Convention? If yes, was the interference in accordance with the law and necessary under the second paragraph of that provision? (See, inter alia , K. and T. v. Finland [GC], no. 25702/94, ECHR 2001 ‑ VII.)
