Was the total length of the applicant ’ s pre-trial detention in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article 5 § 3 of the Convention, with regard to the principles set in Buzadji v. the Republic of Moldova [GC], no. 23755/07, §§ 104 and 111-14, 5 July 2016? In particular, did the authorities provide relevant and sufficient reasons for the measure, in particular concerning the house arrest, as of 7 May 2014?
