SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The applicants submit that the domestic courts refused to examine their cases for various reasons, summarised in the appendix. The applicants ’ arguments that the courts did have competence to examine their cases was not commented upon.
The applicants complain under Article 6 of the Convention about a violation of their right of access to a court.
QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
Do the facts of each case disclose a violation of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention? In particular, was each of the applicants ’ right of “access to a court”, within the meaning of that provision, been breached ( Zubac v. Croatia [GC], no. 40160/12, 5 April 2018)?
