QUESTIONS

1. Given the manner in which the applicant was treated by the prison authorities after the delivery of the Court ’ s judgment in case no. 30663/04, was there an interference with the applicant ’ s right to respect for his private and family life within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention? If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2?

2. Were the applicant ’ s rights under Article 8 of the Convention restricted for the purposes other than those prescribed in it, contrary to Article 18 of the Convention?
