QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

With reference to the seizure of Mr Mezak’s laptops and hard drive containing documents concerning the above applications, has there been any hindrance by the State in the present cases with the effective exercise of the applicants’ right of individual petition, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention (see Annagi Hajibeyli v. Azerbaijan , no. 2204/11, §§ 71-79, 22 October 2015)?
