Has there been a violation of Article 8 of the Convention? In particular, did the applicants’ eviction from the apartment in which they lived amount to an interference with their rights under that provision and if so, was such an interference “necessary in a democratic society” ( Chiragov and Others v. Armenia (just satisfaction) [GC], no. 13216/05, § 206, 12 December 2017)?”
