(Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 6 March 2014 at the 1193rd meeting of the Ministers ’ Deputies)

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 46, paragraph 2, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of final judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “t he Convention” and “the Court”),

Having regard to the final judgment (striking - out) transmitted by t he Court to the Committee in the above case and to the sums allocated for costs and expenses ;

Having examined the information provided by the defending State regarding the payment of the se sums ( see document DH- DD( 2013)1021 ) and noting that no further obligation results from the judgment ;

Having satisfied itself that all the measures required by Article 46, paragraph 1, have been adopted ,

DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 46, parag raph 2, of the Convention in this case and

DECIDES to close the examination thereof.

[1] In this judgment, the Court decided to strike out this application and ordered payment of costs under Rule 43 § 4 of the Rules of Court. Only the payment of costs has been supervised .
