Absence of intention to pursue application

Death of applicant: struck out

The applicant complained that since 1974 she had been prevented from having access to and use of her property situated in the northern part of Cyprus. The applicant's representative has informe d the Court of the death of the applicant and requested "leave to withdraw the case without admission or prejudice". In view of the existence of a number of pending cases raising similar issues, continued examination of the case is not required.
