Length of criminal proceedings: friendly settlement
The case concerns the length of criminal proceedings brought against the applicant in June 1991 and still pending on appeal. The parties have reached a friendly settlement providing f or the payment to the applicant of 25 million lire (ITL) to cover any pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage (20 million lire) and legal costs (5 million lire).
