Length of civil proceedings: friendly settlement

The case concerns the length of proceedings brought by the applicant after an expropriation. The parties have reached a friendly settlement providing for payment to th e applicant of 750,000 escudos (PTE) in respect of non-pecuniary damage, as well as the 250,000 escudos in respect of costs and expenses.
