Non-notification of hearing before Conseil d’Etat : struck out

Following an application by the applicant concerning the calculation of his retirement pension, the administrative courts referred him to the Ministry of the Interior so that his pensio n might be reviewed. On appeal by the Minister of Finance, the Council of State set the judgment aside and determined the merits of the case, but did not invite the applicant to attend the hearing.

The applicant has informed the Court that he does not inte nd to pursue his application.
