Termination of diplomat’s mission due to pregnancy: communicated

The application concerns the immediate termination of the applicant’s diplomatic mission in Slovenia because of her pregnancy and despite the fact that the quality of her work had been satisf actory. The applicant’s complaint was dismissed as unfounded by the domestic courts.
