Alleged discrimination in provision of disability benefits to civilian as opposed military beneficiaries: communicated

The applications concern alleged discrimination by the respondent State in the provision of disability benefits. The appli cants, civilian beneficiaries, maintain that they were awarded a lower amount than those classified as military beneficiaries, despite having exactly the same paraplegic disability. The applicants brought civil proceedings, but were ultimately unsuccessful , including before the Constitutional Court.
