Disclosure of the private email correspondence of two civil servants following management checks concerning the applicant’s correspondent: communicated

At the relevant time the applicant was a civil servant. As a result of checks c arried out by management concerning one of his colleagues, the content of private emails which the applicant had exchanged with the latter was disclosed.
