Application no . 24085/13 S.C. TERMO CONFORT S.R.L. BRASOV against Romania
The European Court of Human Rights (Third Section), sitting on 31 March 2015 as a Committee composed of:

Having regard to the above application lodged on 29 March 2013,
Having deliberated, decides as follows:
FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicant, S.C. Termo Confort S.R.L. Brasov, is a limited liability trade company registered in Romania with its seat in Brasov. It was represented before the Court by Mr I. Olteanu, a lawyer practising in Bucharest.
The Romanian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Ms C. Brumar, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The applicant company complained that the non-enforcement of final judgments rendered in its favour had infringed its right to access to court guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention and also its right to property as provided by Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention.
On 14 February 2014 this complaint was communicated to the Government. The parties exchanged observations.
By letter of 30 January 2015 the applicant ’ s representative informed the Court that the applicant wanted to withdraw the application. No reasons were provided.
THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application.
Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.
For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,
Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
