FIRST SECTION

DECISION

Application no . 34981/10 Leonid Natanovich FEYTLIKHER against Russia and 3 other applications (see list appended )

The European Court of Human Rights ( First Section ), sitting on 22 September 2015 as a Committee composed of:

Elisabeth Steiner, President, Mirjana Lazarova Trajkovska, Erik Møse, judges, and André Wampach , Deputy Section Registrar ,

Having regard to the above applications lodged on different dates, set out in the appendix ,

Having deliberated, decides as follows:

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

1 . The applicant, Mr Leonid Natanovich Feytlikher, is a Russian and Israeli national, who was born in 1960 and lives in Saratov. He is represented before the Court by Ms Y. Kobzarenko, a lawyer practicing in Saratov. A list of his applications is set out in the appendix.

2 . The Russian Government (“the Government”) were represented by Mr G. Matyushkin, Representative of the Russian Federation at the European Court of Human Rights.

3 . The applicant complained under Article 10 of the Convention about unjustified interference with his right to freedom of expression .

4 . On 2 July 2015 the Court decided to give notice to the Government of the applicant ’ s complaint s.

5. On 3 August 2015 the applicant ’ s representative informed the Court that he wanted to withdraw the applications.

THE LAW

6. Having regard to the similarity of the main factual and legal issues in the above cases , the Court decides to join the applications and examine them in a single decision.

7. The Court notes the applicant ’ s stated intention not to pursue his application s . I n the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application s .

8. Accordingly, the case s should be struck out of the list.

For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,

Decides to join the applications ,

Decides to strike the applications out of its list of cases.
