DECISION

Application no. 19208/11 Natella ISAYEVA against Azerbaijan

The European Court of Human Rights (Fifth Section), sitting on 31 January 2019 as a Committee composed of:

Síofra O ’ Leary, President, Mārtiņš Mits, Lado Chanturia, judges,

and Liv Tigerstedt, Acting Deputy Section Registrar,

Having regard to the above application lodged on 10 March 2011 ,

Having deliberated, decides as follows:

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

The applicant, Ms Natella Farhad gizi Isayeva, was born in 1977.

She was represented before the Court by Mr J. Hasanov, a lawyer practising in Azerbaijan.

The applicant ’ s complaint under Article 8 of the Convention concerning the refusal by the State authorities to issue her a temporary residence permit was communicated to the Azerbaijani Government (“the Government”) .

On 3 September 2018 the applicant informed the Registry that she wanted to withdraw the application to the Court since the matter had already been resolved.

THE LAW

In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention and the Protocols thereto, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application.

Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.

For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,

Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.

Done in English and notified in writing on 21 February 2019 .
