Having regard to the above application lodged on 16 April 2018 ,

FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicant, Mr Anton Yuryevich Dyatkinskiy, was born in 1984.
The applicant was represented by Mr Andreyev , a lawyer practising in Syktyvkar.
The applicant ’ s complaints under Articles 3 and 13 of the Convention, concerning the inadequate conditions of detention during transport between detention facilities as well as the lack of an effective remedy in this respect, were communicated to the Russian Government (“the Government”).
On 13 November 2018 the applicant informed the Registry that he wanted to withdraw his application from the Court since he was no longer interested in pursuing it.
THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, t he Court concludes that the applicant may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention). Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the application.
Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.
For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,
