Application no. 50722/15 Gulsara Tagi gizi HASANOVA and Babek Murad oglu LAZIMZADE against Azerbaijan
The European Court of Human Rights (Fifth Section), sitting on 3 September 2020 as a Committee composed of:

Having regard to the above application lodged on 1 October 2015 ,
Having deliberated, decides as follows:
FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicants, Ms Gulsara Tagi gizi Hasanova and Mr Babek Murad oglu Lazimzade , are Azerbaijani nationals who were born in 1982 and 1992 respectively . They were represented by Mr Y. Agazade , a lawyer based in Azerbaijan.
The applicants ’ complaints under Article 11 of the Convention concerning the freedom of association were communicated to the Azerbaijani Government (“the Government”).
On 16 October 2019 the applicants informed the Registry that they wanted to withdraw the application to the Court since their association had been registered by the authorities.
THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, t he Court concludes that the applicants may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention). Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the application.
Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.
For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,
Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
