***** COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 3363/86 of 27 October 1986 on the tariff arrangements applicable to imports into the Community of products originating in the occupied territories THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Whereas the cooperation agreements with the southern and eastern Mediterranean countries provide for free access to the Community for industrial goods and preferential tariff treatment for certain agricultural products of these countries; Whereas no such preferential treatment applies to products originating in the West Bank of the River Jordan or the Gaza Strip (called the 'occupied territories'), both occupied by Israel; Whereas an end should be put to this situation, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Products other than those listed in Annex II to the Treaty and originating in the occupied territories shall be imported into the Community without quantitative restrictions or measures having equivalent effect and free of customs duties and charges having equivalent effect. Pimento: // // // c) other // 80 // // // Article 3 The rules of origin shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 14 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 802/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common definition of the concept of the origin of goods (1), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal. Article 4 The arrangements provided for under this Regulation will be re-examined one year after their entry into force. Article 5 This Regulation shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof,

Article 3
The rules of origin shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 14 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 802/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common definition of the concept of the origin of goods (1), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal.
Article 4
The arrangements provided for under this Regulation will be re-examined one year after their entry into force.
Article 5
This Regulation shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
