***** COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1250/81 of 11 May 1981 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1468/79 on the granting of aid for butter from private storage for use in the manufacture of pastry products, ice-cream and other foodstuffs, as a result of Greek accession THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in the milk and milk products sector (1), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof, Whereas pursuant to Article 22 of the Act of Accession, the acts concerning the milk and milk products sector listed in Annex II to that Act, and certain acts adopted in that sector after signature of the Treaty of Accession which are valid beyond 1 January 1981, have been adapted in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Act of Accession by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3474/80 (2); Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1468/79 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2548/79 (4), was overlooked and should accordingly be adapted; Whereas the measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1468/79 is hereby amended as follows: 1. The following expression is added to those given in Article 7: 'Voýtyro idiotikís apothematopoiíseos proorizómeno gia metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)'; 2. In the Annex: - the following expression is added to those given in the first indent of A (a): 'proorizómeno gia sympýknosi kai katópin gia metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)'; - the following expression is added to those given in the first indent of A (b): 'sympyknoméno voýtyro proorizómeno gia metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)'; - the following expression is added to those given in the first indent of B: 'proorizómeno gia ámesi metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)'. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 11 May 1981. THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN

COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in the milk and milk products sector (1), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof,

Whereas pursuant to Article 22 of the Act of Accession, the acts concerning the milk and milk products sector listed in Annex II to that Act, and certain acts adopted in that sector after signature of the Treaty of Accession which are valid beyond 1 January 1981, have been adapted in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Act of Accession by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3474/80 (2);

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1468/79 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2548/79 (4), was overlooked and should accordingly be adapted;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Regulation (EEC) No 1468/79 is hereby amended as follows:

1. The following expression is added to those given in Article 7:

'Voýtyro idiotikís apothematopoiíseos proorizómeno gia metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)';

2. In the Annex:

- the following expression is added to those given in the first indent of A (a):

'proorizómeno gia sympýknosi kai katópin gia metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)';

- the following expression is added to those given in the first indent of A (b):

'sympyknoméno voýtyro proorizómeno gia metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)';

- the following expression is added to those given in the first indent of B:

'proorizómeno gia ámesi metapoíisi (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 1468/79)'.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
