COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1949/80 of 23 July 1980 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1603/79 laying down rules for the payment of a premium to producers of potato starch THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1870/80 (2), Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 of 29 October 1975 on production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1877/80 (4), and in particular Article 8 thereof, Whereas the premium referred to in Article 3a of Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 is to be varied with effect from 1 August 1980 ; whereas this change necessitates an alteration in the amounts shown in column 4 of the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1603/79 (5); Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 The Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1603/79 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1980. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 23 July 1980. THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1870/80 (2),

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 of 29 October 1975 on production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1877/80 (4), and in particular Article 8 thereof,

Whereas the premium referred to in Article 3a of Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 is to be varied with effect from 1 August 1980 ; whereas this change necessitates an alteration in the amounts shown in column 4 of the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1603/79 (5);

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

The Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1603/79 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1980.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
