PARTLY DISSENTING OPINION OF JUDGE PASTOR VILANOVA

(Translation)

I regret that I am unable to agree with the majority’s finding in point 5 of the operative provisions of the judgment, for the reasons already set out, in particular, in my dissenting opinion in the case of Popov and Others v. Russia (no. 44560/11, 27 November 2018). Consequently, I consider that this part of the application should have been declared inadmissible.
