STATEMENT OF FACTS

THE FACTS

The applicants are a family of stateless Palestinians. The first applicant claimed to have received threats to his life in Lebanon , where they lived. The applicants ’ request for asylum in Sweden was rejected and their deportation Lebanon ordered.

COMPLAINT

The applicant s complain under Articles 2 and 3 of the Convention that they will be at risk of being killed or injured if they are returned to Lebanon .

QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

In the light of the applicants ’ claims and the documents which have been submitted, would they face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Article 2 or 3 of the Convention if the deportation order were enforced?
