QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

In the light of the applicant ’ s claims, the documents which have been submitted and the fact that she is currently under psychiatric observation, would she face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Article 3 of the Convention if the expulsion order were enforced?

The parties are invited to address both the question of the applicant ’ s fitness to travel and the question of risk to return to DRC.
