QUESTION

The parties are invited to inform the Court of the evolution of the court proceedings at domestic level after the observations submitted on 15 November 2013 and to submit, as soon as they become available, copies of the judgments adopted by the High Court of Cassation and Justice in the applicant ’ s case on 3 December 2013 and 27 January 2015 as well as of the applicant ’ s reasons for appeal on points of law ( recurs ). The parties are also invited to submit their potential observations concerning the new factual information in light of the applicant ’ s complaint about the alleged unlawful interceptions of his phone conversations under Article 8 of the Convention.
