SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the alleged interference with the applicant ’ s right to freedom of expression. In this connection, the applicant complains under Article 10 of the Convention that he was tried and convicted for distributing a periodical which was considered to be making propaganda f or a terrorist organisation.

QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

Having regard to the applicant ’ s conviction, which became final with the decision of the Court of Cassation (dated 21 December 2011, no. 2009/20208E and 2011/30433K), has there been a breach of Article 10 of the Convention in the present case?
