QUESTIONS
1. What is the current state of the applicant ’ s asylum proceedings, following his request of 4 February 2016 for their continuation?
2. Has the difference in the applicant ’ s signatures been an issue in the domestic proceedings? Your Government are requested to provide copies of the relevant documents.
3. Can it be said that from a certain point in time the applicant started signing documents in a different manner, or has he been using his two signatures interchangeably?
4. During the domestic proceedings, has there ever been a doubt as to the applicant ’ s identity i.e. that from a certain point in time a different person could have taken over his identity?
5. In which way did and does the applicant prove his identity before the Austrian authorities? Is he currently in the possession of an official identity document? If so, your Government are requested to provide copies thereof.
Your Government are requested, if possible, to submit to the Court an excerpt of the applicant ’ s fingerprint from the EURODAC database, next to a current fingerprint from the person alleging to be the applicant that would allow a comparison.
