SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application essentially concerns alleged inadequate conditions of the applicant ’ s detention for seventeen days (twelve of which were in Prison No. 13). The applicant complains under Article 3 of the Convention that the conditions of his detention amounted to inhuman and degrading treatment.
