SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the expulsion of the applicant to the Philippines following his conviction to a prison sentence for aggravated drug trafficking. Referring to the “war on drugs”, he claims that he risks the death penalty, extralegal killing and a flagrant denial of justice if returned to the Philippines.
