SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The applicant complains that the national courts did not establish all relevant facts in the proceedings concerning custody of his daughter (which was given to the child ’ s mother) and on contacts of the applicant with his daughter.

These complaints are to be communicated under Article 8 of the Convention.

QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES

1. Has there been an interference with the applicant ’ s right to respect for his family life, within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention?

2. If so, was that interference in accordance with the terms of Article 8 § 2?

3. In particular, were the procedures followed in compliance with the requirements of that Article? Also, did the national courts establish all relevant facts when adopting their decision on the applicant ’ s child ’ s custody and on the contacts between the applicant and his daughter?
