SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application essentially concerns the obligation of the applicants, opposition Members of Parliament, to pay a fine imposed on them by Parliament on the Speaker ’ s proposal on 12 December 2013 for their behaviour seriously disrupting the proceedings of a parliamentary session.
