The application concerns the de facto expropriation of the applicants ’ land and the interest rate applied to the compensation awarded to them as a result.
The applicants complain of a violation of their rights under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1.

Has there been a violation of the applicants ’ right to peaceful enjoyment of possessions within the meaning of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention, on account of the insufficiency of the interest rate applied to the compensation awarded to them for the administration ’ s de facto expropriation of their land (see Sarıca and Dilaver v. Turkey , no. 11765/05, 27 May 2010)?
