SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The applications concern the applicants ’ complaints about the outcome of defamation proceedings against four media companies. The final domestic decisions were delivered by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 31 January 2018 and were served on the applicants between 21 and 23 February 2018. Although t he applicants relied on Article 6 of the Convention only, the Constitutional Court examined the cases under Articles 6 and 8 of the Convention.
