2. Has there been any hindrance by the State with the effective exercise of the applicant ’ s right of application, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention? In particular, did the acting head of IK-29, officers G. and B. of IK-29, or any other official exercise pressure on Mr K. Sattorov to withdraw his application (no. 460 80/18) to the Court? Why was Mr K. Sattorov summoned to meet with the above officials on 21 February, 28 February, 11 March and 12 March 2019?
