The application concerns a decision to place the applicant ’ s daughter in foster care and limit her right to visit her daughter to two hours, three times yearly.

Under Article 8 of the Convention the applicant complains of a violation of her right to respect for her family life.

Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to respect for her family life contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, through the authorities ’ decision to place her daughter in foster care and limit her right to contact with her daughter to two hours, three times yearly (see, for example, K. and T. v.
