SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns a decision to place the applicant ’ s daughter in foster care and limit her right to visit her daughter to two hours, three times yearly.

Under Article 8 of the Convention the applicant complains of a violation of her right to respect for her family life.

QUESTION tO THE PARTIES

Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to respect for her family life contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, through the authorities ’ decision to place her daughter in foster care and limit her right to contact with her daughter to two hours, three times yearly (see, for example, K. and T. v. Finland [GC], no. 25702/94, ECHR 2001 ‑ VII )?
