The application concerns a decision to place the applicants ’ daughter in foster care and limit their right to visit their daughter to one hour, four times per year.

Under Article 8 of the Convention the applicants complain of a violation of their right to respect for their family life.

Has there been a violation of the applicants ’ right to respect for their family life contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, through the authorities ’ decision to place their daughter in foster care and limit their right to contact with their daughter to one hour, four times per year (see, for example, K. and T. v.
