SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the fairness of litigation initiated by the applicant against two respondents, in which the appellate court reversed, to the applicant ’ s detriment, the first-instance decision without holding a hearing. On 3 October 2017 the Constitutional Court dismissed the applicant ’ s constitutional complaint.

QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

Did the applicant have a fair hearing in the determination of her civil rights and obligations, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see Pákozdi v. Hungary , no. 51269/07 , 25 November 2014)?
