SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the length of criminal proceedings, in which the applicant was charged with misappropriation of funds. The proceedings were initiated on 23 February 2012. The trial opened on 5 May 2014. Since then the proceedings have been pending before the first instance court.

QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
