SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the prison authorities ’ refusal, on 10 April 2018, to allow a suspension of the terminally ill Mr Csurár ’ s incarceration so that his family members (Ms Patai , his common-law wife and Ms Faragó , their daughter) could spend his last days with him. He died on 17 April 2018.
