Has there been a violation of Article 8 of the Convention? In particular, did the applicants ’ eviction from the apartment in which they lived amount to an interference with their rights under that provision and if so, was such an interference “necessary in a democratic society” ( Chiragov and Others v. Armenia (just satisfaction) [GC], no. 13216/05 , § 206, 12 December 2017 )?
