The Committee of Ministers,

Having received in accordance with the provisions of the European

Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental

Freedoms, the Report of the Commission on Human Rights on the

application of the Kingdom of Greece alleging a number of breaches of

the Convention in Cyprus by the Government of the United Kingdom of

Great Britain and Northern Ireland,

Having taken note of the final settlement of the Cyprus question

which has since been achieved,

RESOLVES:

In accordance with Article 32 (art. 32) of the European Convention for

the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms that no

further action is called for.
