The Committee of Ministers,

Having regard to the request formulated by the Government of

Switzerland that the report of the European Commission of Human

Rights in this case and the Committee's decision under Article 32,

paragraph 1 (art. 32-1), of the Convention be made public,

Decides to make public the above-mentioned report of the

Commission as well as its decision, rendered at the Deputies'

514th meeting (held on 9 June 1994), that there has been in this

case a violation of Article 6, paragraph 1 (art. 6-1), of the

Convention;

Decides to pursue the examination of the present case in

accordance with Article 32 (art. 32) of the Convention.
