Alleged ill-treatment in police custody: friendly settlement
The case concerns the applicant's complaint that he was subjected to ill-treatment while in policy custody.
The parties have reached a friendly settlement providing for an ex gratia payment to th e applicant of 75,000 French francs (FRF).
