Protection of HIV-positive prisoners in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis: communicated

The case primarily concerns the conditions of detention of HIV-positive prisoners. In particular, it raises the issue whether the authorities took a dequate steps to protect the health of the applicants, as persons living with HIV, in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis.
