Application no. 11364/19 Igor Gennadyevich YASHIN against Russia
The European Court of Human Rights (Third Section), sitting on 9 December 2021 as a Committee composed of:
Peeter Roosma, President, Dmitry Dedov, Andreas Zünd, judges,
and Viktoriya Maradudina, Acting Deputy Section Registrar,
Having regard to the above application lodged on 14 February 2019,
Having deliberated, decides as follows:
FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicant, Mr Igor Gennadyevich Yashin, was born in 1960.
He was represented by Mr S.A. Knyazkin.
The applicant’s complaints under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention concerning the lack of reasoning in the courts’ judgments, under Article 8 of the Convention about an interference with the right to respect for home, as well as under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 concerning annulment of title to a plot of land were communicated to the Russian Government (“the Government”).
On 16 November 2021 the applicant informed the Registry that he wanted to withdraw the application to the Court.
THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, the Court concludes that the applicant is no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention). Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the application.
Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.
For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,
Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases.
